Unique apprenticeship insights in Financial Services
So last summer I was delighted to be asked by the Chartered Banker Institute to research and author an insights paper on the state of apprenticeships in the Financial Services Sector 'post levy'. So late summer and early autumn saw me engaging numerous stakeholders in the Financial Services sector - including the Big 5 banks, building societies, investment firms and many more in order to research for the paper.
I also spoke to lots of the key organisations involved in delivering apprenticeships to those firms - providers, universities, professional bodies, End-Point Assessment Organisations to name a few. It was a busy time, but so fascinating hearing first hand how apprenticeships and the apprenticeship levy are influencing apprenticeships in the sector.
